Meaning of Myoho : A Japanese word, Myōhō (妙法), "sublime," "unfathomable" or "mystic" law, the Dharma underlying all phenomena;
Disputes happen every second of the day everywhere, between partners, parents and children, colleagues, friends, supplier and customers, faith groups, employees and employers, international, etc. It has a common theme that one party wants something at the cost of the other. All disputes have an element of emotion in them there is usually some lacking of logical reasoning or rationality.
Given a choice no one wants to be in dispute or prolong it. Going by the rationality, people would tend to resolve disputes much more quickly and easily.
This is actually far from reality; therefore our approach focuses on the psychological aspects of understanding disputes and work at the “interest” level. This is more profound than the entrenched “positions” which people adopt while in disputes.

Enterprises, like individuals also have an ethos and an emotional aspect. They can also suffer as an individual does. Each party in dispute has some obvious reasons and mostly “not so obvious ones”. There are reasons which lie much deeper which become the key drivers for the conflict. Thats where we focus, first to explore those covert reasons and then facilitate the parties to arrive at a mutually acceptable solution. The intent of mediation is not to let one party win, but to focus on a solution which both of them feel is reasonable enough for them.
| As the grounding of the conflict lies in ones, value, beliefs and upbringing, our focus therefore remains on the subtle aspects of addressing the “polarities of viewpoints”. So be it multicultural, commercial, international, violent or work related dispute, the common thread binding them is the “polarity of views”. Our training & experience takes into account such polarities and viewpoints & bring them to fore. Once they are brought on the surface, they become addressable. |
