Pricing model
We charge on the basis of time it requires us to complete the mediation process. Initial discussion of ½ hour to have an assessment is provided free of cost.



Our charge out rates

Please note that the Fee is to be shared equally between the disputing parties :

  • Our chargeout rates for Civil cases are:
  • ½ day: Sr. Mediator : £500 (250 from each party)
  • Full day: Sr.Mediator: £900 (450 from each party)
  • PS: any incidentals towards travel, venue hire, refreshments, will be charged extra.
  • Any pre-mediation time spent apart from 30 min complimentary consultation will be charged @£100 per hour
  • Any co-meditor requested will be charged extra@ £150 for half day (from each party) and £550 for full day.
  • PS: Half day is 3 ½ hrs and full day is 7 hrs. Any extra hours required are charged on pro-rata basis.
For Family / Community disputes, we charge on the ability to pay. We can assess individual cases and would not refuse a genuine case even if we aren't paid.
