Myoho is now geared for changes in legislation for workplace dispute resolution.
From April 2009, companies in UK  have to refer their employee dispute issues to an independent mediation panel. Myoho's mediator panel is geared to address the upsurge in the workplace dispute getting referred. It is also encouraging its panel members to acquire further training.
