Its a small team of 8 mediators to start with and a small but an efficient admin to sort out our ccase work. Each one of us is endowed with skill sets which are unchallenged in both the subject and facilitation skills.

The team is diverse, both in terms of their origin and their subject matter expertise. Our diversity is our true strength. To develop our thinking, we challenge each others viewpoints and value systems, though the common ethos ideologies ties us together. We have 2 senior mediators from Asian origin, 1 from Middle-east, 2 English, 1 from Europe and 2 of African origin.

That’s what makes us truly unique. If we can’t address our in-house diversity, how can we set an example for others to follow; we practice what we preach.
